5. Client Engagement Data
When clients engage Rodos AI for diagnostic or automation services, we access client systems (repositories, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and other infrastructure) as authorized under the applicable engagement agreement.
- Client system data is governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Rodos AI and the client, not by this Privacy Policy.
- We access client systems only to the extent necessary to perform the agreed services.
- We do not use client data from one engagement to benefit other clients without explicit authorization.
- Client data handling, retention, and security obligations are defined in the applicable engagement agreement and any associated Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and chat assistant, not to client engagement data, which is governed separately.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- Chat conversations: Retained for up to 12 months for service improvement purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
- Contact information: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and for up to 24 months after last contact for follow-up purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
- Usage and analytics data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form indefinitely for analytical purposes.
